Heat Pump Match Ireland is an independent lead-generation service intended to help homeowners explore heat-pump installation and, where they request it, connect with participating installers.

We use enquiry information to process requests, assess enquiries against our service criteria, provide requested information and, where consent has been given, share relevant enquiry details with a participating installer so they can contact the homeowner about an installation quote.
Where a homeowner requests installer contact, relevant enquiry information may be shared with a participating installer serving the homeowner's area. We do not operate the service as a general-purpose personal-data mailing list.
We will retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling the enquiry, commercial records and applicable legal obligations. A specific retention schedule will be published once the operating systems are finalised.
